Do you want to exchange or return a product? You can do it quickly and easily in three steps :-)

You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt, and we make sure the purchase amount is in your account within five working days of receiving the return.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: fill in the return form

Download the return form here and fill it in completely.

Step 2: send your order

Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure the parcel has a Track and Trace code. As the sender you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: receive the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we have received the parcel, we make sure the purchase amount is back in your bank account within five working days.
